Here at Hein Electric Supply, our main focus is understanding your needs and implementing programs that save you time and money. Our On-Site Inventory Management Program allows you to take the guess work out of managing inventory at your location because we do all the work for you!
Listed below are the services you can expect from this program:

- Conduct a detailed Inventory of current items on hand.
- Develop product usage analysis reports based on your input.
- Set up Min/Max replenishment levels.
- Analyze the inventory area, and provide suggestions on how to optimize your space.
- Shelving set up including metal framing and bin locations.
- Print shelf labels for bin locations with detailed product information for ease of re-ordering.
- Implementation of electronic inventory management replenishment utilizing bar-coding technology integrated into our mutual business systems.
- Maintain the replensishment program with regularly scheduled visits to check stock levels and perform inventory of existing material.
