Become a Certified Generator Contractor with Milbank’s generator certification training class. This 8-hour technical course provides you with the knowledge needed to install and perform warranty repairs on Milbank home standby units powered by Briggs & Stratton.

This hands-on certification training allows contractors to experience a simulated power outage and generator start-up process, view live sequence and industry-leading power management technology, and understand Milbank’s live load management and load shedding capabilities.

Lutron Dimmers are compatible with Eaton Combination Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters.

 

The Eaton Residential Products Division has recently verified the compatibility of the newest version of Eaton’s Combination Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters with Lutron’s dimming control families. This compatibility allows a 20A circuit to be fully loaded to 2000W of dimming load.

Eaton is currently the only manufacturer which has verified the higher load capability which allows the contractor to use fewer breakers, less wire and a reduced number of dimming modules as well as saving on installation time and cost.

REVISED LIGHTING INCENTIVES EFFECTIVE April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014.

Here is a partial list of some of the many changes that were made:
Tiered incentives for LED replacement lamps based on the wattage of the existing lamp being replaced.
Tiered incentives for LED replacement downlights based on the wattage and type of light source being replaced.
The addition of incentives for bi-level stairwell and passageway light fixtures.
The addition of LED docklights to the program.
Sweeping changes to the high performance T8 systems (HPT8) qualifications.  New lamp and ballast combinations are now required to qualify.
The addition of a prescriptive incentive to install qualifying 2x4 LED recessed fixtures.
An increase to $60 per fixture for changing out 400W high bay lighting to qualifying 6-lamp T8 fixtures.
An incentive for upgrading to bi-level controls for exterior and parking garage applications.
Revised incentives for LED, induction, and pulse start ceramic metal halide fixtures for exterior use
